Project Timeline (Gantt)¶
The live 8-week delivery plan (C14–C17, 2026-09-14 → 11-09), built straight from each feature page's frontmatter and grouped by module. It regenerates on every site build, so it always reflects the current plan in the spec.
Reading the chart
Green = built (Done) · blue = in-flight or committed (In Progress / QA / Review, or a Todo scheduled into a C14–C17 cycle) · lavender = planned (uncommitted or decision-blocked — a Backlog parent, or a Todo with no scheduled cycle). The dotted line is today; genuinely in-progress bars are pulled to it, committed-but-not-started work sits in its own cycle window. The chart renders at full width — scroll it sideways to pan across the cycles. Cycle windows: C14 09-14→09-28 · C15 09-28→10-12 · C16 10-12→10-26 · C17 10-26→11-09.

The full plan — one bar per feature, grouped by module. How each bar is placed (in priority order): (1) real start + due dates when set (these come from Linear as they're filled in); (2) otherwise the feature's cycle (C14–C17, including ranges like C14-C16) mapped to its cycle window; (3) otherwise a derived due − estimate span; (4) a due with no other signal shows as a milestone diamond.
