Scope¶
Bid List cockpit at /bids: a sortable, filterable master table of all bids (2,509 historical bids imported), Procore-style columns, right-click row actions, and multi-GC support with an overflow badge + all-GCs Split View. (Source: PIN-13, PIN-282, PIN-386.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Columns: Bid #, Project Name, Address, Floor, Engineer, GC, Client Contact, Bid Received/Due, Status, Estimated $, Contract $ — with column visibility toggles
- Filters (GC, Trade, date range, value range, status), search (job name / GC / project number), sort (due date, value, status)
- Status chip is clickable (opens the status-change modal) and color-coded per state
- Right-click row context menu: Edit, Change Status, Delete, Open in Split View
- Bid form supports 1..N GCs, each with its own contact and bid value
- Multi-GC bids show a primary GC + "+N more" badge; hover/click opens a popover with all GCs, contacts, and per-GC values
- Split View shows the full GC list inline
- Award stepper presents a winning-GC dropdown when a bid has more than one GC
