Scope¶
Estimate settings surface: up to three configurable vendor-quote columns on the estimate table (name, per-line quotes, lowest-quote highlight, selected-vendor price flows to buy price), plus starter estimate templates seeded for common HVAC job types. (Source: PIN-102, PIN-48.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Up to 3 vendor columns on the estimate table, with editable vendor names in the column header
- Per-line-item quote entry for each vendor column, with column totals
- Lowest quote per line highlighted automatically
- Selecting a vendor for a line flows that price into the line's buy price
- "Add Vendor Column" up to the 3-column limit
- 5 starter templates (standard HVAC, controls-only, ductless, VAV system, extended HVAC) pre-populate an estimate with standard sections and line-item stubs

Notes¶
shipped surface with no dedicated row (ROW90 is the sheet itself). Covers 2 of 3 named concerns via Linear: vendor-column config (PIN-102, Done) and template seed data (PIN-48, Done — data only, not a dedicated UI). No distinct ticket found for markup/scope-library management as a settings surface; likely folds into the main Estimate Builder UI (PIN-47).
