Scope¶
Cara generates a document from a Pinley-branded Word/Excel/Schedule template — filling template variables and saving the result to a folder, or drafting it as an email — via a Template registry that Owner/Admin manage in Settings. The Generated-documents modal is the surface that lists what Cara has produced. (Source: PIN-390.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Template registry holds Pinley-branded Word / Excel / Schedule master files, tagged by type and branding tier
- Cara tool fills a template with variables and saves the result to a chosen folder, or drafts it as an email
- User can ask Cara in natural language (e.g. "generate the standard MEP proposal") and Cara picks the matching template
- Owner/Admin can upload and tag templates from a Templates settings page
- Generated-documents modal lists Cara-produced documents for the user to find and open

Medium - built; add a row and verify. Working code with no row - add before sign-off. Artifacets should be saved in the Cara Workspace or estimate/projects folder?
Notes¶
shipped 'Generated documents' list surface has NO dev row - ROW17 (Folders) and ROW36 (feedback loop) are different/unbuilt. Needs a new row before 8/19.
