Scope¶
Bid Detail Documents tab: on-accept document download from source into a categorized folder structure, with AI-assisted auto-sorting and manual drag-drop correction. (Source: PIN-40, PIN-194.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Documents tab renders a folder grid with per-folder file-count badges
- Clicking a folder opens its file list (empty state when no files)
- On bid acceptance, source documents (Procore / BuildingConnected / email) auto-download into the folder structure
- AI auto-sorts documents into categories (rule-based initially: filename/extension patterns)
- Estimator can drag-drop documents between folders to correct misclassification
- "Approve Structure" locks in the final categorization and renames files to the project naming convention
- Upload disabled until file-storage integration is wired
