Scope¶
Project Detail Overview tab wired to real data: KPI band, key issues, activity feed, project vendor table, and quick actions, replacing the static shell. (Source: PIN-265.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- KPI band: project value, billed-to-date, schedule status, open RFIs/submittals/COs count
- Activity feed of recent project events (RFI created, CO opened, submittal returned, daily log submitted)
- Key issues section surfacing blockers and overdue items
- Vendor table: project-scoped organizations with role + status
- Quick actions: Add RFI, Add CO, Upload Document, Request PO
- Loading and empty states per section; mobile-responsive layout
