Scope¶
QA-team accounts for Jim and Alex, provisioned with dev-environment access and roles, backed by three idempotent bid-to-project demo packages (small / mid-size / large) so onboarding and pilot testing always start from the same canonical data. (Source: PIN-425, PIN-353.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Jim and Alex have dev-cluster accounts with roles assigned (Jim: PM/Estimator; Alex: PM/Admin) and can log in
- Both added to the Linear workspace as read-only observers
- Login instructions and what-to-test sent to both
- Three seed packages (small / mid-size / large bid→project) with documents, estimate + vendor quotes + alternates, and takeoff; the large package adds handoff, budget, POs, submittals, RFIs, and COs
- Reseeding is idempotent — re-running doesn't duplicate records, and schema changes don't break the demo data
