Scope

Consolidated Alternates tab on Bid Detail: every estimate line flagged is_alternate, grouped by alternate number, with a per-alternate editable label, markup %, and final-value override. Excluded from the base-bid subtotal and exported as a separate "Alternates" section on the proposal. (Source: PIN-249 — workshop D44 + Loom L-001 decisions D61/D69.)

Acceptance criteria

• New Alternates tab on Bid Detail (beside Estimate / Documents / Vendors)
• Grouped by alternate_number with per-alternate subtotal + per-vendor breakdown
• Editable per-alternate label, markup %, and final value (override)
• "Add to / Remove from Alternate N" actions; excluded from the base-bid subtotal
• Alt N inline badge per the PIN-278 visual contract
• Proposal export: alternates as a separate section, active revision number on the cover
• Visible to roles with GetEstimate permission
