8-Week Lock Status (C14–C17)

The live readiness view for the 8-week build against Conor's 13 asks (2026-09-14 → 11-09). It regenerates on every build from each feature's frontmatter, joined to live Linear status, so it stays honest as features lock. Pair it with the Project Timeline (the same data as a Gantt).

84 features are in the 8-week window (C14–C17); 72 are out of scope. Nothing is signed off yet — the review below sets design_locked / scope_locked on each page, and this dashboard climbs as they lock.

Review workflow (to lock before the cycles start)

For each in-scope feature: open its design reference, confirm the page body + acceptance criteria describe the real feature at the right depth, then set design_locked / scope_locked in the frontmatter to in-review → confirmed. Re-build and watch LOCKED climb above. Order by cycle — lock the C13 set first so it can start clean on 08-31, then C14, C15, C16. Out-of-scope pages are left alone. Once every in-scope feature is LOCKED and has a ticket, C14–C16 get created in Linear.
