Scope¶
Equipment Schedule tab: AI-extracted equipment items from bid documents (tag, type, manufacturer, model, capacity, CSI code, specs) reviewed and imported into a grouped, editable schedule, with persistent per-item vendor quotes. (Source: PIN-319.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- AI extraction of equipment items from bid PDFs (specs + drawings), with a review modal to cherry-pick which detected items get imported
- Equipment grouped into collapsible type sections (AHU, RTU, MAU, FCU, VAV, WSHP, ERV, EF, PUMP, HX, CHIL, BOIL, CT, VFD, OTHER) with item counts and cost subtotals
- Inline-editable fields per row: tag, description, manufacturer, model, quantity, unit cost, weight, electrical, connections, capacity
- Expandable vendor-quote panel per equipment row; add / edit / delete / select quotes (per-unit or lump-sum, with lead time)
- Selecting a quote auto-updates the row's unit cost and total cost
- Status chip per item: Not Quoted / Quoted / Selected
- Equipment totals summary bar
