Scope

Mobile/desktop field-capture surface for Daily Logs: a fill-out editor with section tiles (Manpower, Work Performed, Weather, Photos, Materials, Delays, Safety, Notes) and a read-only Posted record view, available both as a standalone /daily-logs board and embedded in Project Detail → Field → Daily Logs. One log per project per date, with a Draft → Submitted → Approved workflow. (Source: PIN-688, PIN-27, PIN-721.)

Acceptance criteria

  • Editor with section tiles: Manpower (≥1 crew row, required), Work Performed (required text), Weather (auto-fill by project location/date), Photos, Materials/Deliveries, Delays, Safety, Notes
  • Readiness checklist ("N of 2 required") gates the Complete Work Day / submit action
  • Posted read-only record view: "Posted" badge, summary metrics, expandable sections, photo grid, Cara provenance box
  • Status workflow Draft → Submitted → Approved, with post-submit edits captured in an audit trail
  • Standalone /daily-logs board (cross-project, project selector) and the embedded Field → Daily Logs tab share the same editor/record components
  • Desktop + iPad/mobile layouts; on mobile the drawing renders as a PDF viewer, not interactive markup
  • Notifications: Delay with CO potential → Exec + Senior PM; standard Delay → Senior PM; Safety incident → Admin + Exec
  • Voice dictation (Whisper Flow "Re-dictate" on Work Performed, auto-fill + confidence indicator) — deferred, not in initial build

Need to finalzie design, and integrate progress drawings. Is the mobile view built? We need to discuss mobile app access and views.
