Roadmap

The live delivery plan for Cara is the 8-week build — C14–C17 (2026-09-14 → 2026-11-09), tracked straight from each feature's frontmatter and live Linear status so it stays honest as the work moves. Start with the Gantt and the lock dashboard; everything else supports or archives them.

The live plan

View What it shows
Project Timeline (Gantt) The 8-week plan as a Gantt — a readable by-module roll-up plus the full per-feature chart, shaded by live Linear status. Scrolls horizontally to pan the cycles.
Combo Gantt (MS-Project view) The 8-week plan as a printable MS-Project-style schedule: left task grid (ID · Duration · Start · Finish · PIN) + timeline with finish-to-start dependency arrows (Linear blocked-by solid, provisional overlay dashed), critical path, and per-module summary brackets. Paginates to tabloid.
8-Week Lock Status Live readiness for C14–C17: features per cycle, lock status, and the open gaps (needs-ticket / needs-design).

Historical

Superseded launch framings and the August-2026 workshop set, kept for context — the plans they describe have been replaced by the live 8-week plan above.

The even earlier insurance-era plan (four phases across nine sprints, the EP01EP13 epics) is archived in Legacy.
