Scope¶
Bid Analytics tab summarizing bid pipeline health — win-rate and volume trends, GC performance, and status breakdown — gated to Exec/Owner roles. (Source: PIN-14.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- KPI cards: active bids, pipeline value, win rate, avg bid value
- Monthly bid-volume chart
- Win-rate trend over time
- GC performance table (bids sent / won / win rate per GC)
- Status breakdown chart
- Tab gated to Exec/Owner roles
