Scope¶
Takeoff Summary: aggregates AI-detected takeoff symbols (grouped by system + CFM) into estimate line items once the estimator confirms an auto-takeoff pass — distinct from the Takeoff Engine itself. Re-running a pass replaces only AI-generated rows the estimator hasn't hand-edited; the section subtotal also pushes into the Estimate Budget column for matching labor/trade lines. Acceptance criteria¶
- Confirming an AI auto-takeoff pass creates estimate line items, aggregated by system and CFM
- Re-running a pass replaces only AI-sourced rows that haven't been manually edited; manual edits are preserved
- AI-sourced rows carry a distinct visual marker in the Estimate UI
- Changes sync live to other open windows/users on the same bid
- Section subtotal pushes into the Estimate Budget column for matching labor/trade scope lines (manual override still wins)
