Scope¶
Send step of the RFP flow: pick which project documents/drawings to share (per-folder select-all), generate a secure, expiring, no-login share link, preview, then send the RFP email with the link embedded. Each sent RFP is then tracked through Sent → Received → Reviewed → Selected/Rejected on the bid. (Source: PIN-136, PIN-195.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Document/drawing picker with per-folder "Select All" / "Deselect All"
- Preview selected documents before sending
- Generates a secure, read-only, expiring share link requiring no vendor login
- Share link embedded automatically in the RFP email
- Per-vendor RFP status tracked: Sent → Received → Reviewed → Selected / Rejected
- Status visible per vendor on the Outreach & RFP tab
Conor's comments¶
[8/18 DESIGN] Correction: NOT merged into the Vendors rail. Outreach & RFP is a TAB ON THE BID RECORD; the Vendors rail stays a portfolio directory. One name everywhere: "Outreach & RFP". This is mostly built as part of the RFP process. RFP workflow + send + 30-day link all ship. This really should be merged as a single vendors tab. I will update the design and specs.

Resolved 2026-08-27 (call): single static RFP template for v1, builder cut. Outreach & RFP + Vendors consolidate into one Quotes module.
