Status check: deferred, but shipped work exists

This surface is marked deferred, yet Linear shows PIN-203 and PIN-260 as Done. Confirm whether it actually shipped (move the status off deferred) or only the remaining scope is deferred. Flagged for reconciliation.

Priority: Medium

Scope

Trade-level leveling workflow: Cara auto-generates per-trade leveling sheets sent to subs via tokenized links (Excel/PDF upload fallback), then a side-by-side Vendor Compare view (2+ vendors via ctrl+click) shows price, inclusions/exclusions/clarifications, and terms. AI diffs scope differences with cost impact and flags price outliers, so gaps surface before award. (Source: PIN-198, PIN-203, PIN-260.)

Acceptance criteria

  • "Send Leveling Sheet" (by trade) from the Estimate tab; tracked draft → sent → responses in → leveled → selected
  • Tokenized, no-login vendor link (one-time use, 30-day expiry) with Excel/PDF upload fallback
  • Leveling sheet detail page: invited vendors list, responses shown side-by-side once 2+ are in
  • Ctrl+click 2+ vendor quotes on a scope line to open Vendor Compare; floating action bar (Compare / Clear) at 2+ selected
  • Compare view: price, inclusions/exclusions union with disagreement flagging, clarifications, lead time/warranty/payment terms, adjusted comparison with add-backs and a "Best Value" indicator
  • AI flags inclusion/exclusion/clarification differences with real cost impact, plus a confidence score; estimator can accept/reject or manually mark a difference cost-impacting
  • Comparison notes and "Flag for Review" persist per vendor, shown as an indicator chip on the scope line
  • "Add to Leveling Sheet" from Compare creates a pre-populated draft for vendors needed to fill scope gaps

Conor's comments

[8/18 DESIGN] Leveling mounts in TWO places - bid-record tab (analysis) + Pricing→Compare (reusable scope baseline). New inbound GC-scope pane (Vendor quotes / GC scope pills) alongside outbound leveling; GC scope sheet/bid-form PDF read via Smart Import. Need AI fully functional. L not S - 6 designed frames, not one compare table Code ships a 1,850-line compare modal (dead-wired)

Notes

Tokenized vendor portal in cara-docs; Compare tab is the reference pattern
