Scope¶
Auto-created per-bid/per-project folder entity in the Cara workspace (Claude-Projects-style) holding that folder's chat threads and artifacts, distinct from general research/scratch folders not tied to a specific bid or project. (Source: PIN-852.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Project/bid folder structure exists in the Cara workspace, auto-created per bid and per project
- Chats are auto-assigned to the relevant project/bid folder
- Project artifacts (documents, generated files) are stored within the folder
- Folder structure additionally supports research and scratch folders outside the bid/project set

There has to be segregation around the workspace folders. Users should have the ability to have private vs shared folders or artifacts/documents similar to cluade projects
