Scope¶
Field & Project Controls build-out: an Equipment Schedule section, templated Safety forms (NYC DOB Daily Pre-Task + Weekly Toolbox Talk) with crew roster and signature capture, a Punch List with drawing-pin integration, and closeout — hardening the remaining Field-tab controls. (Source: PIN-691, PIN-500, PIN-140.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Equipment Schedule section added under Project Controls
- Safety sub-tab: foreman selects a form from a template library (Daily Pre-Task, Weekly Toolbox Talk), adds workers by name, captures signature per worker
- Completed safety forms are viewable/retrievable per project as a compliance record
- Punch List tab: item creation (location, description, responsible party, photo, priority), optional pin to a drawing location
- Punch List status workflow Open → In Progress → Complete → Verified, with ball-in-court assignee tracking
- Punch List batch operations (mark complete, reassign), PDF export, and a % complete dashboard
