Scope¶
Core Tasks entity and views: title, status, priority, assignee, and optional project/bid/document link, with a threaded comment feed. Ships as a sortable, filterable list at /tasks plus a task detail page — reactivated specifically to unblock Cara task delegation. (Source: PIN-29.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Task has a title, status (Open / In Progress / Blocked / Done / Cancelled), priority (Low / Medium / High / Urgent), and an assignee
- Optional link to a project, bid, or document
- List view at
/tasks: sortable and filterable by status, priority, assignee, project - Task detail page shows full task info plus a threaded comment feed
- Non-Admin users see only tasks assigned to them; Admin sees all
- Every status change is written to the audit log
