Scope¶
Project Detail gets a Closeout tab covering an admin-configurable checklist (final inspection, punch list, O&Ms, as-builts, lien waiver, retainage release, warranty letter, final billing) and a Punch List with drawing-pin integration, status workflow, and assignee tracking. A project cannot move to "Closed" until all required checklist items are complete. (Source: PIN-141, PIN-140.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Closeout tab on Project Detail with an admin-configurable checklist template
- Default checklist items: final inspection, punch list complete, O&M manuals, as-builts, final lien waiver, retainage released, warranty letter sent, final billing
- Per-item status, date completed, responsible party, and attached document; closeout progress % shown on project overview
- Project cannot transition to "Closed" until all required items are complete; PM notified when items are overdue
- Punch list tab: item creation with location, description, responsible party, photo, priority; items can pin to drawing locations
- Punch item status workflow Open → In Progress → Complete → Verified, with ball-in-court assignee tracking
- Batch operations (mark complete, reassign) and PDF export; dashboard shows % complete, by status, and overdue items
