Design — canon pending
No dedicated design canon; uses a custom handoff template — verify against Conor's PDF template before design sign-off.

Scope¶
Handoff tab on Project Detail: a tracker bar (Verbal → Insurance → Contract) with status indicators, an AI-authored "60-Second Brief" narrative card, jump-to chips (Team/Scope/Review/Budget), and Cara-powered task actions in the right rail. Built on a 6-section handoff document — Project Overview, Equipment List, Key Vendors/Subs, Client + GC Contacts, Scope Summary, Key Notes/Issues — sourced from the awarded bid and estimate. (Source: PIN-514, PIN-275, PIN-299.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Tracker bar shows Verbal → Insurance → Contract stages with done/pending/todo indicators
- AI-authored "60-Second Brief" narrative card with bolded key phrases and a clear call-to-action
- "Jump to" chip row (Team / Scope / Review / Budget) scrolls to the matching section
- Scope line items carry inline ownership annotations, e.g. "(by ABM)" / "(by GC)"
- Right-rail action buttons trigger Cara tasks (create submittal log, open drawings, draft email)
- Handoff has 6 sections — Project Overview, Equipment List, Key Vendors/Subs, Client + GC Contacts, Scope Summary, Key Notes/Issues — populated from the awarded bid and estimate
- Brief generates automatically on Award; shows an "AI generating..." banner until ready, with retry on failure
- Estimator and Executive can edit and request regeneration; PM can read and comment only, with no edit button shown
- Handoff is a static snapshot at award — it does not auto-regenerate when project data changes later
