Scope¶
Per-project Schedule tab: import the GC's master schedule, maintain Pinley's internal mechanical schedule (milestones + tasks), and let AI auto-generate/re-sync the internal schedule from GC schedule updates. (Source: PIN-139, PIN-335.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Schedule tab on Project Detail; GC schedule import (CSV/Excel, or P6 XML / MS Project / PDF via Documents tab) with date parsing
- Internal Pinley schedule: milestones + tasks with start/end dates, Gantt-style timeline (read-only for MVP)
- Flags conflicts between Pinley dates and GC dates
- Key milestone tracking: mobilization, substantial completion, final completion
- Schedule version history / update log
- AI parses the GC schedule and extracts mechanical-only activities (HVAC, plumbing, controls, equipment) to generate the internal schedule
- Re-sync flow: GC sends an updated schedule, AI diffs it, PM accepts/rejects changes per activity; manual overrides preserved
- Generated milestones feed the Progress tab's % complete and AIA billing % suggestions
