Legacy: insurance-compliance product

These docs describe an earlier insurance-compliance product (COI intake, rule-based review, renewals, carrier ratings, incidents and indemnity), not the current Cara construction product. They are archived here for reference and kept out of the active spec and nav.

Archived on 2026-08-23 when the spec was normalized to the construction capability set. The current product's forward compliance module is tracked as cap-compliance (PIN-7) in the capabilities catalog; this folder holds the historical detail behind it.

  • user-journey-planning/ — the EP01–EP10 epics and US* user stories (the user-journey layer).
  • project-management-issues/ — the ep01–ep13 engineering epics (_epics.md plus ep0*.md).
  • product-roadmap.md: the original phased delivery plan (four phases, nine sprints) with the insurance-era streams and sprint breakdown. Superseded by the current Roadmap.
