Scope¶
Owner/Admin-only company settings page: edit branding (name, logo, address, phone, email) and defaults (markup %, tax %, fiscal year start, project number format), reflected immediately in generated documents. Document-template editing itself is out of scope, deferred to a later release. (Source: PIN-44.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Company / Branding settings page, visible only to Owner and Admin roles
- Edit company name, logo, address, phone, and email
- Edit default markup %, default tax %, fiscal year start, and project number format
- Notification preferences
- Changes apply immediately to generated Proposal PDFs, PO PDFs, and emails — no redeploy needed
- Other roles cannot view or edit this page
- Editing document templates themselves is a separate, later release
