Scope¶
Executive/owner home view — portfolio KPI rollup, bid and project lists, finance summary, and quick links to the other executive reports; reactivation confirmed after the earlier D22 deferral. (Source: PIN-60, PIN-371.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- KPI cards: active bids, pipeline value, active projects, pending COs, awarded value
- Pending bid invites alert with urgent flagging
- Recent bids list and active projects list (with contract values)
- Finance summary: total budget, approved COs, awarded value, insurance issues
- Quick links to Master CO Log, WIP Report, Financials, Insurance Compliance
- Role-gated to Executive/owner role
- Reuses the same home-page shell as other roles (PM, estimator), scoped to role-specific KPIs
