Scope¶
Cross-project rollup of every CO, COR, and backcharge across all active projects into one filterable log, sourced from per-project Change Orders. (Source: PIN-61.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Single table across all projects: project name, CO number, type (COR / CO / Backcharge), description, amount, status, date
- Filter by project, type, status, and date range
- Summary KPIs: total pending value, total approved value, total backcharges
- Sortable columns
- Export to CSV/PDF
- Aggregated live from per-project Change Orders
