Scope¶
BuildingConnected bid intake, synced into the bid-invites inbox (not the bid list directly) with two-way upsert against Procore, deep links back to the source platform, and webhooks for real-time push. The full path — bid → documents → takeoff → award → budget — has been walked and verified end-to-end against seeded pilot data ahead of launch. (Source: PIN-152, PIN-861.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Procore and BuildingConnected bids sync into the bid-invites inbox as invite records, not directly as bids
- Upsert by
external_id + source: re-sync updates existing invites, never duplicates - Deep link from each invite back to the source platform; auto-generated bid numbers
BC-{id}/PC-{id} - Sync UI: two-step modal (select company/account → select project → sync), permission-gated to Exec + Admin, toast with created/updated/skipped counts
- Webhook listeners for real-time sync, manual sync button as fallback
- Full flow walked and verified on seeded pilot data: bid → document sort → estimate → award → project (drawings/specs → modules, budget, SOV, handoff)
- SharePoint / Smart Import verified end-to-end on pilot projects; issues logged, functional breakers fixed directly
