Scope¶
Per-project folder in the Cara workspace, with related chats auto-assigned to the correct folder as work moves from bid to award — the same folder, thread history, and artifacts carry forward without a new container being created at award. (Source: PIN-852.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Project folder structure exists in the Cara workspace (Claude-Projects-style)
- Chats are auto-assigned to the relevant project folder
- Project artifacts (documents, generated files) are stored within the folder
- Same folder persists across the bid→award transition — thread history and stored material carry over, no new folder created
