Scope¶
Single SharePoint authorization to browse all sites/folders and select files to import, landing in a central staging area for review before committing. The user reorders, renames, and reclassifies staged files (fixing AI misclassification), and on approve, staged items commit into the correct project/bid structure and document records. AI learns from corrections to improve future auto-classification. (Source: PIN-678.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- One SharePoint auth browses all sites (Estimating / Projects / Admin / Financial) and drills into folders — no more per-folder URL paste
- Selected files land in a central staging area, not committed directly to a project/bid
- Staging review UI: reorder, rename, reclassify, and reassign files/folders before commit
- Approve action commits staged files into the correct project/bid + document records
- AI learns from user corrections to improve future auto-classification accuracy
- Sync respects user-defined locations
