Scope¶
Vendors tab on Bid Detail listing every vendor attached to the bid — trade, status, quote amount, and contact — with add/remove against the organization directory and inline quote edits. (Source: PIN-92.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Vendors tab on Bid Detail listing all vendor records for the bid
- Columns: Vendor Name, Trade, Status (Invited / Quoted / No Bid / No Response), Quote Amount, Contact
- Add vendor: select from the organization directory, creates a bid-vendor record
- Remove vendor: delete with confirmation
- Inline edit of quote status and quote amount
- Empty state when no vendors are assigned

[8/18 DESIGN] Bid Vendors tab RETIRED - its columns were a subset of Outreach & RFP; old doors fall through to it. Vendors RAIL stays a portfolio directory. Part of design. Needs testing & sign off after 8/19. This will be consolidated with the "outreach & rfp" Once consolidated vendors tab to track

Resolved 2026-08-27 (call): the Bid Vendors tab consolidates into the one Quotes module (Outreach & RFP + Vendors). The Vendors rail stays a portfolio directory.
