Scope¶
Client directory at /clients: a filterable, searchable list of client organizations (GCs, property managers, and others) with a create/edit modal and inline contacts, replacing the vendor-only organization list for client-side counterparties on the Project form. (Source: PIN-121, PIN-122, PIN-66.)
Acceptance criteria¶
/clientslist page: table of client organizations — Company Name, Classification, Primary Contact, Phone, Email, Address- Classification filter tabs: General Contractor / Property Manager / Client Rep / Engineer / Direct Client / All
- Search by company name, contact name, or email; KPI cards for total clients and per-classification breakdown
- Row click opens a detail view with classification, address, notes, contacts, and associated projects
- "Add Client" / edit modal: company name and classification required, plus address, notes, and inline contacts (name, email, phone, department, primary toggle)
- Quick-add "+" button next to client dropdowns on the Project form opens the same modal and auto-selects the new client on save
- Project form counterparty/client/property-manager/owner's-rep dropdowns filter to client-role organizations only
- Seeded with 85 real client records from Conor's accounting data across 5 classifications
