Scope¶
Punch list for project closeout: deficiency items tracked from creation through verification, with optional drawing-location pins, on a dedicated Punch List tab on Project Detail. (Source: PIN-140.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Punch List tab on Project Detail
- Item creation: location, description, responsible party (sub/vendor), photo attachment, priority
- Optional pin to a drawing location (via the takeoff tool's drawing viewer)
- Status workflow: Open → In Progress → Complete → Verified
- Ball-in-court assignee tracking (who needs to act)
- Batch operations: mark multiple items complete, reassign
- Export punch list to PDF
- Dashboard: % complete, items by status, overdue items

Need to have progress drawings fully built so we can assingn punchlist on that.
