Scope¶
Project Detail Documents tab organized into P1-P8 folders (Contracts & Legal, Permits, Safety, Quality, Claims, Correspondence, Photos, Reference), plus smart-folder views that surface Submittals/RFIs/Change Orders/POs/Daily Logs by linking to their module records, and a read-only Bid Archive of documents carried over on award. AI-classified imports below a confidence threshold land in a per-project review queue instead of being auto-filed. (Source: PIN-648, PIN-651, PIN-297.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Documents tab renders P1-P8 folders (Contracts & Legal, Permits & Approvals, Safety & Environmental, Quality/Testing/Inspections, Claims/Disputes/Notices, Correspondence & Meetings, Photos & Media, Reference & Support)
- P5 Claims folder is visible only to Executives and the assigned PM
- Smart-folder views (Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, POs, Compliance/COIs, Daily Logs) list the matching module records; opening a file deep-links to that record
- Documents carried over from the awarded bid appear in a separate, read-only Bid Archive group
- Exhibits and Shop Drawing CAD (raw client CAD + drafter outputs by trade) upload via Smart Upload or direct upload, with file-type icons
- Imports classified below the confidence threshold go to a "Needs Review" queue instead of being auto-filed; a badge shows on the tab when items are pending
- Reviewer can bulk-confirm, reassign, or skip queued items; confirmed/reassigned files are filed to the chosen folder
- Auto-filing for a document category pauses automatically if user corrections exceed 40%, and only resumes when manually re-enabled
