Scope¶
Bid win-rate, pipeline, and estimator-performance analytics — surfaced as KPIs on the owner-only Executive Dashboard rather than a standalone analytics page. (Source: PIN-14, PIN-60.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- KPI cards: active bids, pipeline value, win rate, average bid value
- Monthly bid-volume chart and win-rate trend over time
- GC performance table: bids sent / won / win rate per GC
- Bid status breakdown chart
- Visible only at Executive/owner role level, as KPIs on the Executive Dashboard
