Scope

Team tab on Project Detail: assign/remove internal team members on a project and surface the project's key external parties. (Source: PIN-231.)

Acceptance criteria

• Add / remove team members from the project (links existing users)
• Displays member role and assignment date
• PM assignment dropdown filtered to PM-category roles
• "Key Parties" section: contracting counterparty, client, property manager, owner's rep
• Search/filter team members by name or role
