Scope¶
Cross-project scheduling portfolio view — rolls up every project's schedule into one Gantt/lookahead/milestones/calendar view, filterable by foreman, PM, or crew to see assignments across all active projects. (Source: PIN-686.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Combines all active projects' schedules into a single cross-project view (reads per-project Schedule data)
- Sub-tabs: Gantt, Milestones, 2-Week Lookahead, Calendar
- Resource/crew lens: filter by foreman, PM, or worker to see their assignments across every project
- Trade-color coding and critical-path indication
- Distinct surface from the per-project Schedule tab — portfolio-level, not project-level
