Scope¶
AI parses ingested email and meeting-transcript content to detect actionable items and drafts them as tasks with a confidence score, in an inbox-style queue the recipient accepts, edits, or rejects. Once accepted, the task follows the standard Tasks entity so the original assignor can see when it's completed. Builds on the base Tasks module (manual create/edit/complete, comments, assignee-scoped visibility). (Source: PIN-692, PIN-29.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Ingested emails and meeting transcripts are parsed for actionable items, each flagged with a confidence score
- AI-drafted tasks land in an inbox-style queue for accept / edit / reject, not created directly
- Accepted drafts become real tasks (title, body, status, priority, assignee) with a source icon (email/RFI/submittal/etc.)
- Assignor can see when a task they delegated is completed
- Tasks support threaded comments, including AI-drafted content for review
- Only the assignee (and Admin) can see a task by default
- Email-signature-based task creation is a nice-to-have, not required for launch
