Scope¶
Per-trade installation progress tracking under Project Detail → Field → Progress: trade rows with a % complete input and progress bar each, rolling up to an overall project % complete. (Source: PIN-56.)
Acceptance criteria¶
- Trade rows (Ductwork, Piping, Equipment, Controls, Insulation, etc.)
- % complete input per trade with a visual progress bar per row
- Overall project % complete shown as a weighted average of trade rows
- Last-updated timestamp per trade
- Change history per trade (who changed it, when)

This requires a lot of design discussion. Progress renders under trade and tie into % complete for billing.
